Moving In

Hello Everyone! Long time no Blog. Well we have been very very busy lately moving into our new home. With a lot of help from family and friends the move went smooth and we are relatively unpacked already. Clay is loving his new home and all the space to crawl around in and new places to play. Our neighborhood even has a pool in it so I am sure that we will be down for a swim frequently this summer. Its never too early to learn how to swim!

Clay got to go to his first Indy 500 this year, or I should say he made it to the parking lot to hang out with everyone before the race, then Clay and I headed home for a nap. I was just thinking about how fun it will be when he will actually get to go watch the race for the first time. Speaking of growing up...

Clay's one year birthday is just around the corner - can you believe it! This time last year I was fat and sassy (this year just sassy and not so fat) and Brian and I were just waiting (impatiently) for the little man to make an appearance. It so bitter sweet, I love watching him grow up and can't wait to see what he will do next (walking is on its way we have taken a step or two) but I still want him to stay a baby and just be content to sit and cuddle. It is an exciting time to be a mom and dad though and we are loving every minute.

Hope that everyone is doing great and now that the house is a little closer to being unpacked I will try to keep up the blog a little better. Pictures to come - I just don't know where the camera cords are right now :)
